Turn your best deals
into a system your
team can repeat.

Most outbound begins with a list and a guess. Kalm begins with your best customers. We identify the conditions that existed before they chose you, then build the workflow that finds more accounts like them.

The method
We do not build automation before we know what is worth automating.

Closed deals first.
Then scale.

Your best deals contain the evidence of what good looks like. We extract it, validate it, and build the workflow around it.

01
Study

We study the customer relationships you most want to repeat and interview the people who won and serve those accounts. What was true about the account before they chose you? What conditions existed? We test those patterns against your losses to separate signal from coincidence.

02
Build

The patterns become a scoring model. Public data, your account history, and enrichment sources are connected into a workflow that surfaces accounts matching your winning conditions — ranked by how closely they match, and what has changed recently.

03
Learn

As your team acts on the recommendations, we capture what happened: called, conversation, qualified, won, dead end. The model improves from real outcomes — not open rates. The longer it runs, the sharper it gets.

the build.

Clear scope. Clear deliverable. Clear timeline. The ongoing relationship is earned, not assumed.

$9,500

Weeks 1-2: deal audit and seller interviews. Weeks 3-4: signal map and system build. Weeks 5-8: shadow mode — your team reviews before anyone dials. Weeks 9-12: live workflow with outcome-based refinement.

Best for: established teams with 20+ customer wins and enough history to understand why their best accounts chose them.

  • Deal audit: what was true before your wins
  • Signal map: which conditions are consistently associated with your best deals
  • Shadow mode: team validates before launch
  • One success number, agreed upfront

The build has to earn this. Weekly account priorities, scoring refinement from your team's outcomes, and model improvements as your deal evidence grows.

Best for: teams where the build proved the model.

  • Weekly prioritized account workflow
  • Scoring refined from real outcomes
  • Month-to-month, cancel anytime

What people
want to know.

An account list or export from your CRM, ATS, or agency-management system — at least 20 customer wins, plus losses and stalls. Someone who sold or serviced those accounts and can walk me through what happened. And weekly feedback once the system is live: called, conversation, qualified, won, dead end. That's what teaches the model.
A data tool gives everyone the same alerts. It doesn't know which conditions preceded your best deals, which account types your team actually converts, or what changed since your last engagement with a former client. The model we build starts from your evidence — not a generic database.
Weeks 5-8, your team receives weekly ranked account lists — but doesn't act on them yet. Instead, they tell us: would you call this account? Is the timing right? Is this the right contact? That feedback adjusts the model before a single dial is made. By the time outreach starts, the recommendations have already been validated by the people who will use them.
Your data stays yours. We use only the minimum deal and account data needed to build your model, do not train a general product on it, and return or destroy it at the end of the engagement. You keep every deliverable. We retain ownership of the underlying methodology and tooling.
An SDR works a list someone pulled last quarter. This starts with your actual wins, builds a model from the evidence, and gives your team a prioritized reason to call — not a cold list. The model gets smarter from outcomes. You still need someone to close. You don't need someone to guess who to call.
The first two weeks are deal analysis — no outreach yet. Weeks 3-4 build the model. Weeks 5-8 run in shadow mode so your team can validate the recommendations. Live outreach starts week 9. The model compounds from there — the longer it runs, the sharper the targeting gets.
We start with a one-time export — a spreadsheet of accounts is fine. No integrations on day one. If the model proves valuable and you want the workflow connected to your system, we set up read-only access with your approval. We work with Bullhorn, Applied Epic, HubSpot, Salesforce, and most common platforms. But the system doesn't depend on any specific tool.
Yes. Every engagement is fully remote. Chicago is home base but clients are wherever the problem is.

Send a note.
I'll take it
from there.

Not sure if it's a fit yet? Tell me about your best customers, your sales process, and the deals you wish you could repeat. Two sentences is enough. No pitch, no pressure.

Got it. You'll hear back within one business day.
Let's Talk

Your best deals already
have the answer.

If you can name 20 customers you'd love to win again and your team can act on recommendations, we can build the model. One call to find out.
