Form data

When you request an audit, Kalm GTM collects your name, email, firm name, staffing software, and approximate past client count through a form hosted by Netlify. This data is used only to respond to your audit request and follow up about the service. It is not sold, shared with third parties, or used for unrelated marketing.

Client data during an engagement

Before any client data is shared, both parties sign a mutual NDA.

Data exports you provide (client lists, job order histories, deal records) are stored locally on encrypted devices. Only the fields needed to write a message are processed by the AI and sending tools that run the campaigns. Your data is never sold, shared, or used to train models.

All outreach sends from a mailbox in your name, on your domain. Kalm GTM does not retain copies of sent messages after the engagement ends.

Your data is deleted within 30 days after the engagement ends. If you request deletion sooner, it will be completed within 5 business days.

Analytics

This site uses Plausible Analytics, a privacy-friendly analytics tool. Plausible collects no personal data, sets no cookies, and is fully compliant with GDPR, CCPA, and PECR. No cookie consent banner is needed.
